If you email us
If you contact james@outsolo.co.uk, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and, if you become a partner, to manage that relationship. We don't sell or share it, or add you to a mailing list without asking. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.
RUIN
- RUIN doesn't ask for a name, email address or account.
- Anything a person enters stays in their own browser on their own device.
- We may record anonymous, non-identifying usage counts, linked only to the partner organisation that shared RUIN, to improve the tool and report reach to that partner.
- We never collect financial or debt details.
Partner organisations
We hold the contact details of partner staff and the access codes issued to each organisation, to provide the partner service.
