- Lived experience first. The words people read at their hardest moment are written by someone who's been there, not generated.
- Built for the worst hour. Prevention and intervention, for the moment before harm deepens, often when services are closed.
- Anonymous by design. No accounts, no names, no financial data collected.
- Alongside existing support. Our tools extend what support organisations do. They never replace it.

RUIN is our first tool, for gambling harm. It's available through partner organisations, and always free for the people they support.
